Who you’ll work with
I’m Chris Simmons, a Georgia Certified Residential Appraiser based in Gainesville. Over the past 13+ years I’ve personally completed more than 5,000 residential appraisals for homeowners, attorneys, lenders, estates, and private clients across North Georgia. When you hire Simmons Appraisals, I’m the one who answers the phone, walks your property, and signs the report.
Specialty work includes Lake Lanier waterfront, FHA assignments, new construction and builder sales analysis, manufactured homes, and complex rural acreage — the files many appraisers turn down.
